Sinus Headache Treatment
Sinus headaches are associated with a deep and constant pain in the cheekbones, forehead, or bridge of the nose. The pain usually intensifies with sudden head movement or straining and usually occurs with other sinus symptoms, such as nasal discharge, feeling of fullness in the ears, fever, and facial swelling. These headaches also respond favorably to chiropractic care.
Using specific protocols that have been developed over years of clinical research and practical application, Dr. Andrew White will design a treatment plan to help you get you relief from your sinus headache. The treatment plan will probably include physiotherapy to reduce swelling of the soft tissues in the upper cervical spine, muscle balancing and stretching to reduce nerve irritation, and gentle joint mobilization to improve small joint biomechanics.
